"Save and Leave" and "End and Remove" therapies

Overview

If you are adding a therapy for a patient and need to stop mid set up, or if you assigned the incorrect therapy template to the patient, this article demonstrates how to save or remove a therapy

Save and exit while setting up a therapy

1. If you are adding a therapy, and exit while still in <Patient Details> the patient information is not saved.
2. In <Add Therapy> once you get to step two "Therapy Setup" and beyond, if you wish to leave the therapy setup, simply press <Save and Leave> 
3. You can continue the therapy setup by returning to the patient profile and pressing <Continue Setup>
   1. Note: if you need to find a patient again, you can always search for an initiated patient in the <Patients> page. That patient's status will be <Initiated>

Note: If you <Assign a New Therapy> to an existing patient, and you wish to save your progress before you complete the therapy template, press <Save and Leave.> The patient status will be <Initiated>

 

End and Remove a Therapy after a therapy is created

1. Go to the patient's therapy profile
2. Under the dose graph, press on <End and Remove Therapy> 
3. In the side panel, type in <Remove> and press the button that says <End and Remove Therapy>
   1. The therapy will be removed from the patient's therapy history
4. You can assign a new therapy template to the patient.
