Overview
If you would like to view a care team member's (HCP) information or add a new care team member, this article shows how to do that
Note: For adding a care team member to a patient while you generate a progress summary, please see "Progress Summary FAQ"
Search and edit
- From the Therapy Manager dashboard, select <Care Teams> (the icon looks like a person)

<Search> for a care team member by name or contact information
- You can also filter by <Type>
- Press <Edit> to make changes to contact information.
- Press <Done> so save changes
Add care team member profile
- In "Care Teams" press <Add> (it is a purple oval)
- Fill out contact information
- Note: you must fill out Type, First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number
- Press <Done> to save
Note about notifications: If you are a Therapy Manager user, you will receive notifications of every patient in the Therapy Manager. If you do not have access to the Therapy Manager, but are a care team member, you will only receive notifications & alerts from patients when you are a part of their HCP team
