Overview
Therapy Manager will let you know when it's time to dispense a refill. Each time a patient has 7 days or less worth of medication in their device, you will receive a reminder. You will will enter a new prescription if the old one is expired
Instructions
Navigating to the patient profile
- In the ReX Therapy Manager, on the left-hand side, you will find the navigation. Click on <Patients>
- <Search> patient by name or phone number. Once completed, click on patient card
- In the navigation of the patient profile, click on the <ReX Companion and Refills> tab
Dispensing a Refill
- Click the <Dispense Refill> button (purple oval)
- Input required fields. Once completed, click <Save Refill>

Re-Prescription
When it is time to dispense a refill, if a prescription is no longer valid and prescription auto-refill is off, you will need to re-enter a new prescription
- Click the <Dispense Refill> button (purple oval)
- Input required fields. The Therapy Manager will know that the prescription has expired, and you will be asked to re-enter a new prescription. Once completed, click <Save Refill>

Changing dose intake times
- Currently, the only way to change the patient's intake time is to end the current therapy and assign the patient to a new therapy. See Assign New Therapy
