Overview
When a patient is experiencing a ReX Malfunction, a ReX Specialist will have a preliminary discussion with the patient to understand the malfunction's severity. Major issues require a ReX Technician, and If a major issue prevents a patient from taking medication, a replacement device must be coordinated.
Replacing the ReX Digital Nurse will cause the currently used ReX to stop working. This should only be done in case of malfunction, which is preventing the patient from taking medication. Once the flow is completed, a new code is generated and connects the patient's existing therapy to a new ReX.
