Overview
The ReX Platform has multiple alerts. They are
- Missed dose alert
- ReX related: patient requested help regarding their ReX Remote Digital Nurse
- Therapy related: patient requested assistance with their therapy
- Guide related: patient responded to therapy questions and reached the alert threshold
- Filling related: patient needs a cartridge refill
- Daily summary of all notifications/alerts (you can set the time you receive it)
The patient will receive instructions right away if they trigger an alert (such as a guide related alert), and the clinical team will be alerted. The patient can also request to not be alerted.
New alerts will appear on the <Dashboard> which is the homepage of your Therapy Manager or in the patient's profile page. You can distinguish an alert from a notification by the red triangle on the top left corner of the alert card. Clicking on an alert will lead you to the patient's profile page.
