Assign New Therapy (Existing Patients only)

Overview

If a patient has already completed a therapy on ReX, the patient details already exist in the ReX Therapy Manager. Once a relevant prescription is written for the patient, the care team can assign a new therapy to the patient.

Assigning a new therapy for an Existing Patient from their patient profile

1. In the Therapy Manager, select <Patients> and then <Search>
2. Search for patient by name and select their patient profile card
3. Press <Assign New Therapy> (Purple oval in top right of screen)
4. Complete Therapy Setup, Guide Setup, Health Care Practitioner, and Review
5. Review therapy, confirm information is correct, and press <Done> 
   1. Note: if the Therapy Manager will not let you press "Done" make sure you have pressed the "I have reviewed all of the details..." button at the bottom of the "Review" page
6. Enter 8-digit code into the ReX Digital Nurse
7. Confirm therapy and send ReX to the patient

Assigning a new therapy NOT from the patient profile (not recommended)

1. In the Therapy Manager, select <Patients> and then <Add Therapy>
2. Select button <Existing Patient>
3. <Search> for patient by name and select
4. Complete Therapy Setup, Guide Setup, Health Care Practitioner, and Review
5. Review therapy, confirm information is correct, and press <Done> 
   1. Note: if the Therapy Manager will not let you press "Done" make sure you have pressed the "I have read and confirmed..." button at the bottom of the "Review" page
6. Enter 8-digit code into the ReX Digital Nurse
7. Confirm therapy and send ReX to the patient
