Overview
A progress summary is a statistical summary of all the answers to the ReX Guide a patient has submitted in the last 30 or 90 days
Whether the patient sends their progress summary to you or you want to see a patient's progress summary, here are directions on how to view the progress summary

The patient sends their HCP a progress summary
If you are listed as a member of "a patients Health Care Practitioner team" and the patient sends you their progress summary, you will receive a notification, either through email or SMS (depending on how you have configured your account settings) with a link to view the progress summary
How to generate a progress summary as a care team member
- Sign in to the ReX Therapy Manager
- To the left, click on the dashboard option <Patients>
- Once you can view the "Patient" page, <Search> for your patient by name or phone number and select their patient profile
- Note: if the patient is not found after a search, make sure that <Patient Status> is set to <All>
- Once in the patient profile page, click on <Guide Summary>
- Then, along the horizontal navigation, select <Progress Summary>
- To the right, click on <Generate Summary>
- A panel will appear on the right side of the screen. You will be prompted to select the duration of time captured by the progress summary: the previous 30 or 90 days
- Select who the will receive the report
- The patient's primary HCP will automatically appear under the search bar
- If the recipient who should receive the progress summary is not shown, including yourself, using the search bar will allow you to add different or multiple recipients
- Note: selecting another HCP will associate that HCP with the patient going forward. You can view (or add) all the HCPs associated with a patient by reading this article "Viewing a patients HCP care team"
- Note: you may need to add yourself as a recipient if you are not attached to the patient as an HCP
- Press <Generate and Send>
- The Therapy Manager will display "Progress summary sent" and, depending on how your notification settings are configured, you will receive an email or SMS with a link to the progress summary. The link expires in 72 hours
