Overview
While your profile is initially set up by the "Customer Success team" at Dosentrx, there are many things you can customize to best tailor your experience with the ReX Platform.
Notifications/alerts
What types of notifications/alerts can I receive?
- Missed dose alert
- ReX related: patient requested help regarding their ReX Remote Digital Nurse
- Therapy related: patient requested assistance with their therapy
- Guide related: patient responded to therapy questions and reached the alert threshold
- Filling related: patient needs a cartridge refill
- Daily summary of all notifications/alerts (you can set the time you receive it)
How do I receive notifications?

Selecting/changing which alerts to receive
- Log into your ReX Platform
- On the dashboard to the left, click on <Account Settings>
- On the new page, select <My Profile> (the icon looks like a gear)
- Click on the purple pencil
- This will bring up a panel on the left hand side of the screen
- You can edit your name and cellphone number (your email must be changed by ReX "Customer Support"
- Beneath the cellphone line, you can select which alert notification you would like to receive
- You can then select how you would like to receive notifications/alerts
- Finally, select if/when you would like to receive your daily summary of the any notification/alert you have selected
- Press <Done> to save changes
Note: If you are a Therapy Manager user, you will receive notifications of every patient in the Therapy Manager. If you do not have access to the Therapy Manager but are a care team member, you will only receive notifications & alerts from patients when you are a part of their HCP team
